BE Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Crafticle", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use the Crafticle platform available at https://crafticle.art (the "Service").

3. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you log in via third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we collect basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture provided by the auth provider).
  • User-Generated Content: Artwork, vector assets, pixel art, project files, sound modules, and metadata created or uploaded to Crafticle.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and interaction logs with our platform.

4. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Crafticle application.
  • To authenticate user accounts via Google, Apple, or email logins.
  • To display user artwork in community showcase galleries (with your authorization).
  • To improve user experience, platform performance, and security.
  • To comply with legal obligations under applicable laws (including Turkish KVKK and EU GDPR).

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Asset Ownership

Crafticle does not claim any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over the artworks, graphics, assets, or music created or uploaded by users. You retain 100% ownership of your creations. By making your artwork public on the platform, you grant Crafticle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to display, host, and showcase your work on the Service.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate our application:

  • Authentication Providers: Google LLC, Apple Inc.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers and CDN services maintaining our server operations.
  • Payment Processors: When payment processing is enabled, payment transactions will be processed securely via compliant payment gateways (e.g., IYZICO, Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at info@crafticle.art or utilizing in-app account deletion controls.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

Crafticle uses cookies and local storage mechanisms to preserve application state, store user preferences, and maintain active login sessions.

9. Your Legal Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights under applicable data protection laws (including KVKK and GDPR), including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.

11. Google User Data

When you choose Google Sign-In, Crafticle uses Google OAuth 2.0 solely to create, link, and authenticate your Crafticle account. We request only basic sign-in scopes (OpenID, email, and profile). Crafticle does not request Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or other sensitive Google scopes.

The Google user data we access, use, and store is limited to:

  • Google user ID: Stored as the identifier that links your Google account to your Crafticle account.
  • Email address: Stored as your Crafticle account email so we can authenticate you and communicate about the Service.
  • Name and profile picture: May be provided by Google during sign-in. Crafticle does not require these fields to create an account and does not use them for advertising.

How we use Google user data: we use it only to register you, sign you in, prevent duplicate accounts, and operate your Crafticle workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising, remarketing, credit scoring, or any purpose unrelated to providing Crafticle.

How we store Google user data: the Google user ID and email are stored on our servers with your account record for as long as the account remains active.

How we share Google user data: we do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with third parties except our hosting and infrastructure providers that store account records, or when required by law. We do not transfer Google user data to other apps for independent use.

You may revoke Crafticle’s access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and/or delete your Crafticle account in Settings or by emailing info@crafticle.art. After account deletion we delete or irreversibly anonymize associated Google user IDs and email addresses from active systems, subject to limited backups and legal retention.

Crafticle’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

12. Children’s Privacy

Crafticle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at info@crafticle.art and we will delete it.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on production systems, and hashed passwords for email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

14. International Data Transfers

BE Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. operates Crafticle from Türkiye. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in Türkiye and in the countries where our hosting providers operate.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
