Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Crafticle (https://crafticle.art), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by BE Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Third-Party Logins

To access certain features of Crafticle, you must create an account. You may register using third-party login providers (such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Model & Subscription Tier

Crafticle currently operates under a free-tier service model. We reserve the right to introduce premium subscriptions, paid features, or transactional services in the future, subject to updated terms and prior notification to users.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights over all artwork, vectors, graphics, music, and content created or processed through Crafticle.
  • Platform License: By uploading or publishing content on public galleries within Crafticle, you grant BE Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, render, and share your content solely for operating and promoting the platform.
  • Responsibility: You warrant that your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or legal restrictions of any third party.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Crafticle to:

  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or undermine platform infrastructure, API services, or server operations.
  • Engage in automated scraping or unauthorized data extraction without explicit permission.

6. Termination & Account Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may delete your account at any time through application settings or by contacting customer support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafticle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BE Bilişim Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices.
